Students of the Pedagogy of Bulgarian and Foreign Language (English or Romanian) majors acquire teaching qualifications (Bulgarian language, literature, and foreign language teachers) and receive excellent philological training.
Graduates can carry out educational, scientific-methodical, and organizational-management activities in academic structures, centres for working with children, and language schools. They can also perform activities in various spheres of socio-economic life for which a good command of a foreign language or a higher pedagogical education is required.
Graduates of the speciality can continue their studies with a master's degree.
Pedagogy of learning in physics and informatics

Students majoring in Pedagogy of Physics and Informatics acquire a teacher's license. Within the framework of the particular scientific training foreseen in the curricula, students learn the modern achievements of computer and physical sciences. The optional disciplines included in the educational process (publishing systems, office systems, WEB design, etc.) expand and deepen the knowledge and skills of students in the field of modern computer technologies and provide additional opportunities for realisation. Graduates can occupy positions in organisational management, systematic and cultural education, and other areas requiring competence in computer technologies.
Graduates of the major can continue their studies in a master's course in Informatics and Computer Technologies in Education.

Automotive engineering

The speciality provides professional training for a wide range of transport and transport engineering activities, including the design, production, operation, diagnostics, testing, maintenance and repair of internal combustion engines, cars, tractors, trucks and railway machinery. The basics of technology and the organisation of transport processes and systems are also studied. In the final semesters, studies can be deepened in any of the following areas:
• Internal combustion engines;
• Transport equipment.
Professional training allows implementation in car factories, transport companies dealing with the exploitation and repair of cars, tractors, carts, and railway equipment, workshops for diagnostics, service, and repair of cars, and representative offices of companies for cars, auto parts, and service equipment.

Electrical engineering

Curricula and programs for the speciality correspond to modern requirements and European standards. The training provides a solid foundation in general, broad-based engineering focusing on Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Automation. Profiling preparation in power supply, electrical equipment, information technology, process automation, and electronics is carried out through a free choice of a group of disciplines included in the last two semesters of the curriculum.
Graduates of the speciality acquire the educational and qualification degree "Bachelor", with the professional qualification "electrical engineer". Their broad-based training and specialised qualifications allow them to deal with operational problems in electrical installations and systems to automate production processes and electronic technology. They also realise themselves as specialists or managers in enterprises in all areas of industry, agriculture, and the service sector.
